The Strategic Planner MCP server is provided by Wise Systems, Inc. This notice describes the terms that apply when you use it, how it handles your data, and the limits of the answers that AI clients generate from it.

Service provider
Strategic Planner and the Strategic Planner MCP server are provided by Wise Systems, Inc., 17 Flagg Street, Cambridge, MA 02138, United States. In this notice, “Wise Systems”, “we” and “us” mean Wise Systems, Inc.
Your agreement
Your use of this service is governed by the agreement between your organization and Wise Systems for Strategic Planner. This notice does not replace or change that agreement. If this notice and your agreement conflict, your agreement controls.
Use this service only with a Strategic Planner account that was issued to you, and only for your organization’s business.
AI clients and generated answers
Claude, Codex, Kiro and other MCP clients are third-party products. Wise Systems does not provide, operate or control them and is not responsible for them. Data that this server returns to your client is processed by that client and its provider under your terms with that provider.
Answers that an AI client generates from Strategic Planner data can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important figures in Strategic Planner before you use them for operational, financial or customer decisions.
Changes made through your agent
The agent acts with your Strategic Planner account and permissions. You are responsible for each change that you approve, including changes that delete records. Review each write request before you approve it.
Data handling
This server sends your requests to Strategic Planner with your sign-in tokens and returns the results to your client. It keeps only the data it needs to operate, and deletes it automatically:
- Sign-in tokens, until they expire.
- Extraction and live-feed results, for up to 15 minutes.
- Per-user call counts for usage limits, for 48 hours.
- Operational logs, which include your user ID and client account, for at most 90 days.

Disclaimer of warranties
Except as your agreement with Wise Systems states otherwise, Wise Systems provides this service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Wise Systems does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that answers generated from its data will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except as your agreement with Wise Systems states otherwise, Wise Systems, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, that result from your use of this service or from answers that an AI client generates from it.

Wise Systems, Strategic Planner and their logos are the property of Wise Systems, Inc. Claude, Codex, Kiro and other third-party names are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement.
